The project

Kompenzo is a Prague LegalTech platform that helps people injured across Europe claim compensation, with nothing to pay upfront. It works with trusted local legal partners, who handle the legal side of each case.

The brief was short social videos for people who have never heard of the company — vertical, in English, each built around a single idea that has to land before the viewer scrolls on.

Kompenzo asked explicitly for no obviously AI-looking people, and preferred 2D or 3D animation. So the answer was animation throughout: Kompenzo's own sea-and-ship artwork set in motion for the first video, stylised 3D characters for the second, and nothing but typography for the third. Nobody on screen is presented as a real person.

Under each video is what was generated by AI, and who did the rest. I work with Claude, an AI assistant, on concepts, writing, code and generation; I direct, finish and deliver.

We won't let you drift alone

Opens on the questions people ask after an accident — who pays the lawyer, where do I even start — over a dark sea. A ship answers with “We won't let you drift alone”, followed by an anchor and three points: a free case check, no win no fee, verified local lawyers.

AI-generated
The water and the ship's motion — Seedance 2.5, animated from Kompenzo's own brand artwork. The music — Adobe Firefly.
Concept & words

Build & edit
Text, anchor and logo animated in code, written by Claude using Higgsfield's editing tools. Music fitted and finished by me in Premiere. No voice.

Takes three minutes

Word of mouth, taken literally. It opens as an ordinary split-screen phone call about an injury — the doubts, the cost, whether it's too late. Then the faces start changing mid-conversation: a new person picks up the same sentence, and by the end eight people have carried one conversation to its last line, “takes three minutes”.

AI-generated
The eight 3D characters, their animation and their voices — Seedance 2.0, with native lip-sync. The music — Adobe Firefly.
Concept & words
Concept mine. Dialogue written by Claude from Kompenzo's public website.
Build & edit
Generated in Higgsfield by Claude. Split-screen layout, captions, edit and mix by me in Premiere.
Typography on a dark background: I kept working through the pain. Until I couldn't anymore. Play · 0:20

You don't have to judge it yourself

Motion graphics only. Four first-person lines from Kompenzo's own stories page, each about an injury that turned out worse than it first seemed, then the turn: “You don't have to judge it yourself.”

AI-generated
The music — Google Lyria. No generated visuals.
Concept & words
Concept mine. Lines selected and written by Claude.
Build & edit
Every visual — typography and animation — made by me in After Effects.
