  1. 17:44, a Tuesday. A grey, rainy office and the line “Just a regular Tuesday.”
  2. The flight. The camera leaves through the window, crosses the rooftops and drops between the buildings into the TRUESDAYS courtyard. The music kicks in as it lands.
  3. Four formats. Speed mentoring, the business mixer, the startup spotlight, keynotes and panels. Each opens on the cliché it isn't, like “Send me your deck”, crosses it out and shows what really happens there, in the event's own photos.
  4. One community. Founders, investors, tech. The end card reads “Not a regular Tuesday. A TRUESDAY.”, with the line about the City of Prague's support.

The project

TRUESDAYS is a regular Prague meetup for founders, investors and people in tech, organised by Startup Kitchen. One evening can hold speed mentoring, a business mixer, startup pitches and talks. Dominika Prekopová, who runs it, wanted a short vertical video that tells people who it's for and why they should come.

The first concept told one evening by the clock. Domi rewrote the middle around the event's four formats and wrote the line that replaces each cliché. She asked to leave the date out, so the video works for every edition, and picked the music from a shortlist of two.

Her one change to the finished video was a simpler end card. TRUESDAYS published the video on its LinkedIn page on 16 October 2026, credited “Video by Igor Brezina”.

Four frames of the opening shot: a grey office window, wet rooftops through the glass, a flight between two buildings at dusk, and the courtyard full of people under string lights
The only AI-generated picture in the video, from the office to the landing. Its last frame is TRUESDAYS' own photo of the courtyard, so the flight ends on the real place.

How it was made

  1. Real photos. Everyone on screen is a real guest. The photos come from TRUESDAYS' own galleries of five editions, from June 2025 to September 2026.
  2. One AI shot. A camera can't fly out through a closed window, so that move was generated: Seedance 2.5 in Higgsfield, at 1080p, starting from a generated still of the office. It was tested against Kling 3.0 first. Seedance gave a real flight; Kling mostly changed the view outside the window.
  3. Graphics in code. All the text, the countdown timer, the crossed-out clichés and the end card are built in Remotion, a tool for making video in code. When Domi asked for a simpler end card, and again when the City of Prague logo arrived, only the end card changed.
  4. The 3D carousel. The photos travel on a 3D carousel. That was my idea. ChatGPT-6 Astra built the first version as a separate piece of code from a written brief, and Claude Opus 5.5 tuned its motion and fitted it into the edit.
  5. Cut to the beat. The track runs at 124 BPM (beats per minute), and the cuts and photo changes land on its beats. The mix is levelled to −14 LUFS (LUFS measures how loud audio sounds to the ear; −14 is the usual target for social media).

Who did what

Dominika Prekopová, TRUESDAYS

The brief, the four formats and the line for each, the event photos, the choice of music, and the note on the end card.

Igor Brezina direction

  • Agreed the brief with Domi
  • The format: 30 to 40 seconds, vertical, built from photos, with a dynamic track
  • The idea of the 3D carousel, and handing it to ChatGPT-6 Astra
  • Every approval: concept, AI tests, music shortlist, final video
  • All communication with Domi, and the delivery

Claude Opus 5.5 by Anthropic production, directed by me

  • Research into TRUESDAYS and the first concept
  • The AI shot in Higgsfield, including the test against Kling 3.0
  • All graphics, the edit and the end card in Remotion; the carousel tuned and fitted in
  • The music shortlist, audio levelling and frame-by-frame checks

For your event

Built around your own photos, with AI used only for the shot a camera can't take. Text and logos live in code: when the City of Prague logo arrived, adding it meant changing the end card, not remaking the video.
